Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time to the United States

• Standard Shipping (China): 15–25 business days
• Expedited Shipping (where available): 7–15 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped from China may be subject to U.S. customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. BSM MART is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's tracking page.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier.
