how do i order via BSm Mart?

Ordering through BSM Mart is as easy as can be:

Our team will pack your order and deliver it at your doorstep

Which citie and areas are your services available in?

BSM Mart is currently operating in Karachi. Please check with our team if we deliver at your location. You can reach out us via the live chat option on our app and website

How Will i know if an item in my oder is not available?

We try to keep our inventory updated but in case something you ordered becomes unavailable, our customer experience representative will give you a call with a list of replacements. If you decide to remove the product entirely, adjustments will be made to your order and bill accordingly. In case our agent isn’t able to reach you we will send you the replacement, which you can accept or reject at the time of delivery.

How is BSM Mart different from other online stores

Here at BSM Mart, not only do we handpick each item, we also ensure they are delivered to your doorstep quickly and with all the necessary precautions. Everyone from the person who picks the products, to the rider who makes your delivery, is fully invested in giving you the best possible experience.
What kind of products do you sell?

We have a complete range of household items, with more than nine main categories and over ten thousand products. Which include Home Grocery, Personal Care, Home Care, Baby Products, Instant Foods, Drinks, Dairy and much more.

What is the minimum order value?

Delivery

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver from 10:30 AM till 9:30 pm, throughout the week. However, our cut off for same-day deliveries is 5:00 PM

Can i track the status of my oder?

From the time you place your order, till delivery, your order status will be updated in your app under “My Orders”. Just select your current order and know exactly which phase of the process your order is in.

what if i dont received my order in time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay our customer experience representative will keep you updated.

here are discrepancies in my bill how do i fix this?

The receipt you get at the time of delivery should only contain charges for the items delivered to you. In case of any price difference due to out of stock items or replacements your bill will be adjusted accordingly. If you still have questions or concerns, you can reach out to our customer experience team through chat or via email.

The final bill should reflect:

Order number
Fulfilled items
Total charged

How can i change my location?

You can simply click on location address to change your location. Please try and add your accurate location to avoid any delays or inconvenience during delivery.

can i schedule my oder?

Yes, you can schedule your order as per your convenience, we have multiple slots for you to choose from

Are there any delivery charges?

we charge a small amount of 100 rps for deliveries of orders below 1999. All orders for 1999 and above have free delivery.

How can i review my receipt?

We will give you a physical receipt at the time of delivery, as well as, keep a digital track of your transaction history in the “My Orders” tab in your app.

The product that i want is not available on the app what di i do?

We are working on expanding our inventory everyday, in case an item you desire is not available on BSM Mart, please drop us an email at bsmmartpk@gmail.com and we will see what can be done to have it added at the earliest. You can also go to menu and choose live chat and talk with one of our customer experience representative to have the suggestion(s) noted.

what if the delivered product is defective?

We do our best to get you your orders in the safest packaging and without any mishaps, but in case you are unhappy with any product received, we have a hassle free return policy for our customers. Simply chat with our Customer Experience Team through the live chat option and they will coordinate with you for a return/replacement.

Note: Returns and replacements are only possible within 24 hours of delivery, please keep the product with you unless asked otherwise.

What is the fair buying policy?

BSM Mart aims to always provide the freshest produce and groceries at the lowest prices. This includes bringing discounts for the ease of our customers. However, making multiple accounts and/or abuse of promo codes is strictly prohibited. BSM Mart reserves the rights to block or deactivate the account of any such user.

Cancellation

What is your Cancellation policy?

BSM Mart provides an easy and hassle free cancellation. You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been dispatched. If you are dissatisfied with any product received, you can return it for a refund or ask for a replacement.

What if the delivered product is defective?

How will i get a refund if somthing goes wrong?

If you face an issue with your order and a refund is to be provided, we will simply update your app wallet with the amount within 24-48 hours.
