Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
