SHIPPING POLICY — BSM MART
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Free shipping is available on eligible orders to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs for non-qualifying orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. BSM MART is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, please contact us at contact@bsmmart.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Delivered but Not Received? If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or anyone at the delivery address
- Check all entry points of your home
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
If the package is still not located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
